Answer: Check in 2 p.m., check out 12 p.m.

Answer: We have only non-smoking room.

Question: How much do you charge for WiFi access?

Answer: We offer free WiFi and free computer internet access at reception.

Answer: High-speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Answer:The hotel is located at the Old Quarter of Hanoi so that it is convenient to go to our hotel by taxi or bus.

Question: Do you offer taxi pick-up service from the airport?

Answer: Yes, our hotel driver will pick guests at the airport for a fee

Question: How long does it take to get from Noi Bai International Airport to Trung Nam Hai Hotel?

Answer: It only takes 45 minutes to get from Noi Bai International Airport to Trung Nam Hai by taxi.

Question: How long does it take to get from Hanoi Train Station to Trung Nam Hai Hotel?

Answer: It only takes 5 minutes by taxi.

Answer: Contact the company you made the reservation with.

Question: What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Answer: If booked directly through the Hotel, we have a 24 Hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.

Answer: Yes, a valid government issued picture ID is required for hotel Check-in.

Question: What age do kids stay for free?
